Finally finished!
The inside of each shoe has an Arc Reactor over the original Chuck Taylor label. The inside right has pre-Afghanistan Tony Stark, while the outer right has post-Afghanistan Tony, developing his flight stabilizers. When I was planning the shoes, I liked the idea of having him before and after his captivity. The inside left has a head shot of Iron Man, and the outer left has Iron Man in Gulmira after taking out the tank. Finally, the back right has the Stark Industries logo, while the back left has Iron Man's colors. As for how long these took... I honestly lost track, but I would ballpark it at around 60-70 hours. If anything, it was more Constructive criticism/critique type comments are welcomed. Iron Man © Marvel --- I'm currently taking painted shoe commissions! I really love the meticulous detail on all the faces (both RJD's faces and the faces of the shoe.
I never saw the colored bar on the spine of the left shoe before, I like how that contrasts with the Stark Industries on the other spine. It's fantastic how they're different from every side but they all work together so well.
You've already heard my thoughts on everything else.
Congratulations, Julie, I'm glad it turned out so well!
Yeah, the colored bar was a last-minute thing. I decided that it felt really incomplete without something to contrast the Stark Industries logo.
And thank you, sir, for all of your help with my brainstorming and such, and for all of the encouragement

You're welcome!
It's okay though. Tony and I forgive you for using his name in such a silly way

I HAVE A LIFETIME OF SHOEY AWSOMNESS!!!!!!
About the only thing I think I don't like about the shoes is the all stars logo on the back. Other then that, I am very impressed!
I think a pair of shoes with the Ironman Capt. America cross over... Where Ironman had to take captin americas place because he killed the captn. WOULD BE AWSOM...
basically imagine a red white and blue ironman with captin americas shield. You would probably have to read the comic to understand the story though.

A good point about the All Stars logo. I was considering for a bit whether to keep it or not, and I decided to just leave it. Partly because I wanted them to be "authentic" Chuck Taylors, but also partly because I couldn't think of what to put over them that would fit with the Iron Man theme.
That sounds cool from the way you describe, but yeah, my lack of comic knowledge makes it so I don't fully comprehend lol
